Lemonbalm: An exquisite calming herb. Lemonbalm reduces stress and anxiety while supporting sleep and cognitive function. It is also known to relieve nausea, indigestion, headache and cramps.

Chamomile flowers: One of our all time favourites, Chamomile is known to improve sleep quality, help with anxiety and depression as well as gently support your digestive and immune systems.

Rose petals: Rose petals are more than just pretty. They are antioxidant rich little petals and are both anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Rose petals have been known to reduce stress and alleviate menstrual pain.

Lavender: A beautiful calming ingredient. Lavender is known to improve mood and calm the nervous system - it can help with anxiety, depression and fatigue. It is also known to help with sleep, soothe stomach cramps and support skin health.

How to brew: 1 tsp per cup | 80°C | 3-4 mins

Loose leaf tea hand-blended in New Zealand from imported organic ingredients. Naturally caffeine free. Store in a cool, dry place.
