The beginning.
The idea first took shape in the 1990s, when founder Benjamin Young spent afternoons playing by the river near his home. After every rainfall the river would fill with plastic bottles and cups, spoiling the place he loved. Learning that every piece of plastic ever made still exists was a defining moment, sparking an obsession to find a better way.

Turning vision into reality.
Two decades later, while working as a corporate executive, Ben realised he had the skills and resources to tackle the issue head on. He set out to design a reusable coffee cup that people would choose over disposable options. It needed to be beautiful, enjoyable to drink from, easy for cafes to use, and convenient to carry and clean. After years of testing and refining, the design was complete and the first frank green cup was born.

Today.
frank green continues to grow as a global brand dedicated to innovative, sustainable solutions. Every product is a step toward eliminating single use plastic, ensuring that future generations can enjoy their own rivers, beaches and playgrounds, free from waste.
