All non-flower items are sent via tracked courier with Post Haste and are not available for same-day delivery.

Plant Orders

To keep your plants happy and avoid unnecessary time in a courier depot, plant shipments are sent on Mondays or Tuesdays only.

All non-flower goods are shipped throughout New Zealand via Post Haste Couriers. All courier options are tracked.

We offer same-day delivery Monday–Friday for our fresh flower arrangements within Hamilton City.
If you add a shop gift to a flower order, everything will be delivered together as one delivery.

RURAL DELIVERY CHARGES
If you would like to have your purchase delivered to a rural address please ensure that you select the RD shipping option. If this is not selected at checkout, your order may be delayed until we receive payment for the RD component of your delivery charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you wish to purchase from outside of New Zealand we are happy to prepare a shipping quote. Please be aware that we only used tracked courier services for international deliveries and costs start at approximately $45 to Australia and $55 further afield.

CAN I SELECT A TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?

The Flower Crate delivers flowers between 1pm and 6pm Monday - Friday.
For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm
If you require an exact delivery time this will incur an extra charge from $20. Please contact us at the shop on 07 8566 416

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME?

In the first instance we will contact you by phone. If you do not provide a phone number with your order the flowers will automatically returned to the store, where we will then contact you via email. If the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers in a safe and protected place. If a gate code is required that is not provided we will return the flowers to the store.
All flowers are wet wrapped to protect the base of the stems.

All deliveries are photographed.
We are not responsible for any liability to the flowers after they have been delivered.

WHAT SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD I INCLUDE?

The more information you can provide about the delivery location the better.
Contact phone number: Please provide your phone number for the first point of contact.
Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or building concierge.
Residential Address: Please ensure that our driver will be able to gain access to the property. If the address is within a secure building, please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or specify a safe location where the flowers can be left. If our driver cannot leave the flowers in a safe location, they will be returned to our shop and we will need to re-send the flowers. If we need to re-send flowers, an additional fee will be charged of $20.00
Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, full name of the recipient and the name of the ward
