Acme was born from the hustle of Wellington’s coffee scene. Back when the founders were immersed in the daily grind of running Caffe L’affare, they were importing what were considered the best cups in the business at the time. When they stepped away from the café in 2009, a new opportunity became clear: to design cups that solved the everyday frustrations they had lived through in hospitality. 

Acme cups are built on a design ethos of form and function, with a less-is-more approach that makes every piece work harder. Each design is informed by extensive backgrounds in specialty coffee and shaped by practical experience at the heart of service. Acme is guided by more than just design.
