CAN I ADD A MESSAGE TO MY FLOWERS?
Yes indeed! You can personalise your beautiful flowers with a handwritten note.
When you are in shopping cart, you will see an option to add a message. Simply fill out the field called “Notes” and we will hand write a note for you.
CAN I SELECT A TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?
The Flower Crate delivers flowers between 12pm and 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm unless we sell out prior. If you require an exact delivery time please contact us at the shop on 07 8566 416
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME?
If the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers in a safe and protected place.
WHAT SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD I INCLUDE?
The more information you can provide about the delivery location the better.
Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or building concierge.
Residential Address: Please ensure that our driver will be able to gain access to the property. If the address is within a secure building, please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or specify a safe location where the flowers can be left. If our driver cannot leave the flowers in a safe location, they will be returned to our shop and we will need to re-send the flowers. If we need to re-send flowers, an additional fee will be charged of $12.50.
