Mother's Day Deliveries
We highly recommend placing your Mother's Day order ASAP, ideally prior to Friday 7th May to ensure you are able to order the floral arrangement you want and the delivery day. There are limited numbers for some of the Mother's Day Collection items, so get in quick!
Due to the large volume of deliveries on Mother’s Day – Sunday 9th May - we are unable to guarantee any specific time deliveries.
All deliveries to business addresses must be placed prior to 2pm Friday 7th May to ensure delivery within business hours. If you are placing an order after this time, we suggest you use a residential delivery address instead, to ensure it will be successfully delivered on Mother's Day.
To avoid delays in deliveries on Mother’s Day, please ensure all delivery addresses and contact phone numbers are correct. Please provide as much detail as possible when placing your order. For business deliveries, please include recipient's name, Business/Company name, building level, address and the recipient’s phone number.
If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If the property has a secure gate please advise alternate means to deliver or they will be delivered in the suitable place deemed by the courier. Re-delivery or incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery fee and we cannot guarantee it will be able to be delivered on Mother's’s Day, dependent on how fast the new delivery information is provided to The Flower Crate and location of the re-delivery address.

Flower & plant deliveries are only available in the Hamilton area, Monday through Friday. Same day orders must be made before 1pm.

CAN I ADD A MESSAGE TO MY FLOWERS?
Yes indeed! You can personalise your beautiful flowers with a handwritten note.
When you are in shopping cart, you will see an option to add a message. Simply fill out the field called “Notes” and we will hand write a note for you.
