Their summery spin on the classic mince pie, and it's anything but traditional. Their rum-soaked fruit mix of zesty strawberry, apricot & candied citrus peel packs a cinnamon and rye shortcrust base.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, strawberry (22.8%), sultana, fresh apple, dried apricot, mixed peel, rum, butter (milk), glycerine, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, wholemeal rye flour, egg yolk, cinnamon, spices, black pepper, salt.

OR

SOUR CHERRY
A punchy mix of fresh cherries, rum-soaked sultanas & candied citrus peel in a cinnamon and rye shortcrust base. The flavour his a balance between the sour cherry and the sweeter elements. A truly summery tart.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sour cherry (32.1%), sultana, butter (milk), glycerine, mixed peel, sugar, orange juice, rum, lemon juice, wholemeal rye flour, egg yolk, cinnamon, wheat fibre, spices, salt.

Contains:  wheat, gluten, milk & egg. May contain traces of tree nuts and soy.

Store in a cool dark place.
