Creators Raquel and Señador Valero enjoyed immediate success with their groundbreaking chocolate figs, having come up with the idea while living in a small south-western Spanish village. Here, the special micro-climate of Almoharin, nurtured the cultivation of a unique variety of fig called ‘calabacita’.

Selecting these tender, sweet, plump, early maturing figs they individually filled them with a luxurious brandy-infused dark chocolate mousse.

Each fig was then hand-dipped in more dark chocolate and individually wrapped.
