Dubbed as “A little piece of Central Otago in a jar”, this pioneering product  From Augustine's is still a firm favourite and an attractive pantry staple. Tree-ripened at various orchards in Cromwell, then hand-preserved by Gus in a Central Otago Riesling syrup.

Augustines Apricots won a gold medal at the Outstanding New Zealand Food Producer Awards & were finalists in the Cuisine Artisan section at the New Zealand Food Awards.

Whip it out for a midwinter crumble, a top of muesli or enjoy it on its own with yogurt or ice-cream.
