The Flower Crate wedding packages are designed to take the stress out of planning and bring in all the magic. Every stem is New Zealand-grown, every design is free from floral foam and plastic, relying instead on sustainable, organic methods that care for our planet as much as they do for your celebration, and every arrangement is thoughtfully created to reflect your story in harmony with the seasons. Perfect for smaller celebrations, this package covers the essentials while being mindful of budget. Seasonal blooms are chosen to create simple, beautiful designs that reflect your day.

The Booking Process
We are so excited you’ve asked us to create floral magic for your special day. Our promise is to honour your suggestions and dreams, and to make the journey as joyful as the destination.
Here’s how it works:
- Secure your date - Once we’ve locked in your wedding day, we’ll arrange a one-hour consultation (in-store or via Zoom).
- Consultation - The more information you can bring (colours, photos, inspiration), the better we can understand your vision.
- Adding Extras - Should you wish to add more flowers to your wedding package, prices will be quoted on an individual basis & requirement.
- Mood board - After our consultation, we’ll create a mood board to bring your ideas to life. You’ll have the opportunity to make small adjustments until it feels just right.
Payments - We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due four weeks before your wedding date.

Terms & Conditions
1. Consultation & Design
Every package begins with a one-hour consultation (in-store or via Zoom). We’ll talk through your ideas, colours, and inspiration, then design florals that capture your style while celebrating what’s in season.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date in our calendar. The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding day.
3. Seasonal Floral Selection
Because we work with the seasons and source only New Zealand-grown flowers, specific varieties may vary. While we can’t promise exact blooms, we will always design arrangements that stay true to your chosen palette and overall style.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Adjustments to your order may be made up until four weeks before your wedding date. Deposits are non-refundable. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made after this point, as flowers will already have been ordered.
5. Delivery & Set Up
Packages exclude delivery (except the Full Package). Delivery is charged on a per-kilometre basis from our Hamilton store. The full package has the inclusion of delivery within Hamilton City, outside of this area will incur an extra delivery charge.
