Their award winning White Chocolate Blondie Mix with brown sugar is rich and buttery. With chewy edges and oh so soft centres, these white brownies are super addictive and yummy.
It offers easy home baked goodness, one bowl and 5 minutes from package to oven. Simply add eggs and butter. Coconut can also be added for those who want the taste of the original recipe.
This mix is more generous than most and will yield a thick 8 x 8 pan size. It can be cut into 12 large pieces or 16 smaller ones.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, brown sugar, cane sugar, white chocolate, cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent), sea salt.
Allergens: Wheat, Dairy. Allergens including egg and nuts present in the kitchen facility.
Directions
Makes 12 large or 16 smaller blondies
Add from the pantry
150 g melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180°C 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and vanilla. Slowly add slightly cooled melted butter. Pour in mix contents and stir until well combined. The batter will be thick like cookie dough. Press batter into a 20 cm x 20 cm (8 x 8 pan) brownie tin lined with baking paper. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes for a soft gooey centre or 25 to 28 for a firmer texture. Test by inserting a toothpick into the centre. It should come out clean for firm blondies or a little gooey for soft blondies. Tops and edges should be light brown and crispy.
