Their award winning Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix is made with real vanilla bean extract and a touch of malt. It creates perfectly light and fluffy pancakes or crispy edged waffles every time.

Breakfast is made easy. Just add water for pancakes and water plus vegetable oil for waffles. The bag is resealable, so it is ideal for making a single pancake or a whole stack for brunch.

Makes 10 to 12 big fluffy pancakes or waffles.

With a hint of malt adding depth and richness, Secret Kiwi Kitchen uses only the finest New Zealand local and imported ingredients.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, buttermilk powder (5 percent), whole milk powder (contains soy), egg powder, acidity regulators (potassium bitartrate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), malt extract (gluten), maize starch, salt, vanilla bean extract (0.1 percent).

Allergens: Contains gluten, milk, soy, egg. May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts and sesame seeds.
