HOW TO APPLY
- Shake well before use to activate natural oils
- Take a few long, slow deep belly breaths
- Massage oil onto clean, slightly damp skin using long, firm strokes
- Start with legs and massage upwards over entire body
- Finish with hands at heart centre
- Take a moment to reconnect with yourself and appreciate your body
- Remind yourself “I am strong”
- Use daily and anytime you need to reset and feel strong
