The name is a respectful nod to their wonderful grandparents, Shirley and Maurice; two people who embody the caring values they run their business by.

It contains 20% roasted New Zealand hazelnuts; stoneground with our single-estate cacao, resulting in a soft, buttery texture. The sweet orange and sprinkle of Marlborough sea salt lift this bar to a whole new level of deliciousness.

The cacao inside this chocolate is the Trinitario varietal. A slightly hotter roast profile was used to create a more stable base for the hazelnut flavour.

Each bar is hand sorted, roasted, cracked, winnow and stone ground for up to 80 hours before ageing our chocolate.
