Ceropegia woodii - String of Hearts

A hardy succulent, trailing plant producing think fleshy, heart shaped leaves produced in pairs. Produces light mauve flowers from spring to autumn. Grows well in pots and hanging baskets.

• Prefers well lit position indoors or a patio position outdoors
  
• Keep soil moist during warmer months
• Likes well drained soil
